Excellent location, communication and amenities. Air conditioning working great in the heat wave, all amenities worked great (elevator, kitchen, washing machine, shower pressure) and very quiet despite the central location. Very comfortable stay for our family and toddler. Will definitely stay there again with a family. The staff communicated at all times and professionally, and also allowed us an early check in to get our toddler to take her nap. Several snacks and water bottles were also set up at arrival. Wifi was fast and worked great.

Very minor things that could be improved to make it perfect: - have more than 2 key sets. 3 would have been ideal here. - provide more basic supplies (hand washing soap dispensers, tissue boxes in the rooms, and more toilet paper.) there were only a couple tiny soap/shampoo sample bottles - which felt inadequate.

We enjoyed how spacious the apartment was, clean, comfortable, and accessible. The AC was a huge perk with how hot it was while we were there.

We didn’t enjoy how loud it was. Within the building it was very quiet, but the outside noise couldn’t be drowned with sound machines. But out of your control.

Perfect location , great size and everything worked well.
