Great location and spacious enough for a family of 5.
Room heating not operational and front door lock difficult to open with key.

We stayed in this apartment with my family — there were six of us in total — and we were really disappointed. When we arrived, the elevator was broken. We have senior family members who had to suffer climbing up to the 4th floor.
When we finally reached the apartment, we found there was no air conditioning, and it was extremely hot. We requested fans, especially since one of our family members has asthma. They replied saying they would deliver three fans, but even after several hours — and up until we checked out — no fans ever arrived.
We had no choice but to keep the windows open all night just to get a bit of cool air, but that only let in mosquitoes.
This apartment is not recommended, especially if you’re traveling with elderly people. Also, don’t expect to see any staff members around — there’s no one to speak to if you have a complaint.
