About this villa rental
Luce tra i Faggi takes its name from the beautiful beech trees surrounding this country house, a perfect location for those seeking the tranquility of the countryside but just a few km away from the coastline. Guests will also enjoy the beautiful pool with sunbeds and sunbathing area.
On the ground floor, the large living room welcomes you with its comfortable sofas, TV area and a beautiful dining table. The kitchen has direct access to the outdoor terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a table. Next to that, you will find the closed veranda with a view over the pool area.
On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with bath, while on the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
Outside, there is a private swimming pool and a sunbathing area with sunbeds, where you can spend relaxing moments with your family and friends.
The villa has a spacious area for private parking.
The villa is at a short distance from the village of Montemaggiore al Metauro and just a few km away from Calcinelli, where you will find all the main services.
In just 20 minutes you will reach the coastline and the town of Fano, where you can spend your summer evenings along the seaside promenade full of restaurants, ice cream shops and pubs. There are also many villages in the area that are worth a visit, from Mondavio to Corinaldo, from Fossombrone to Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you are a wine and gourmet lover, do not miss the chance to visit one of the many cellars and wineries located a few km away: wines like Bianchello, as well as local cheeses and salami are a real must!

Beautiful scenery, quiet location.
Needed a few more incidentals, for example we ended up buying tea towels and additional glasses, as there weren't enough.

The house is in the middle of nowhere which makes it absolutely unique. It has everything you need to enjoy a barbecuecook dinner. The pool is amazing for kids and adults.

Nicely and nicely received by Gabriela. Nice welcome pack and filled fruit bowl also included. House was exactly according to the photos and was neat and clean. Nice spacious rooms (with air conditioning!). Kitchen fine, bathrooms okay. Nice pool with good sun beds around it. Nice area with beach and towns.
