The house is surrounded by greenery, in a panoramic position, overlooking the valley of Metauro, located at the inside of the City of Serrungarina, about 3km. A 1.5km from the house there is instead the ancient village of Cartoceto The sea and the city's most historic and cultural interest, are just a few minutes drive: 15km Fano, Pesaro 25km and the ancient Duchy of Montefeltro of Urbino 35km. The house has a large garden which is spread over various levels full of pine trees and Romans. It is not difficult to meet the typical fauna of the area in freedom. Attached to the hotel there is a land planted with olive trees, typical of traditional culture cartocetana.

Good place to spend some holidays, in a beautiful countryside, and not too far away (20-30 min) from Urbino and other great sightseeing places, as well as Fano & the beach. We loved sitting outside in the morning and evening. Friendly host, easy to contact throughout our stay. A bit too many mosquitoes maybe! On the negative side, the restaurant close by can be noisy on weekend nights.

Schönes landestypisches Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage, inmitten einer wunderschönen Landschaft, ca. 20 min per Auto zum Meer. Das Haus liegt direkt unterhalb des Restaurants "Symposium" (ist in google maps nicht ersichtlich), man muss die schmale Straße zum Restaurant fahren, dann noch etwas weiter bis ans Ende der Straße, dort liegt hinter einem Eisentor das Haus.
Im Haus ist alles was man braucht vorhanden: Küche ist reichlich mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt (Gasherd, im Garten Pizzaofen und Grill), gemütliche Schlafzimmer, tolle große Außenterrasse und großer Garten. 2 Badezimmer mit Toilette, Dusche und Bidet.
Handtücher waren auch reichlich vorhanden, außerdem gibts eine Waschmaschine.
Das Ferienhaus ist etwas für Ruhe suchende und Naturliebhaber. Man braucht auch ein Auto um beim nächsten großen Supermarkt (Fano-Center) einkaufen zu können. Es gibt kein Geschäft in direkter Nähe.
Wir haben hier mit zwei Familien Urlaub gemacht (7 Personen) und hatten massig Platz.

Das rustikale Steinhaus mitten in der Region Marken gelegen ist einfach wundervoll. Liebevoll landestypisch eingerichtet mit dem Charme der italienischen Lebensart. Der Ausblick von der riesigen Terrasse in die Landschaft ist mit Worten kaum zu beschreiben. Die Menschen in dem kleinen Ort Cartoceto, weit ab der Touristenhochburgen, sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier kann man noch landes- und vor allem regiontypisch zu humanen Preisen essen. Die beiden Schwestern Silvia und Sabrina haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und begleitet. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder. Sandra, Helmut, Nadia, Uschi und Alberto
