This stunning, spacious, and modern loft with an elevator is located just two minutes from the Duomo and features an amazing terrace with breathtaking city views.
Completely renovated and tastefully decorated with attention to detail, this charming apartment is situated on the second floor of a prestigious Florentine building in the exclusive luxury district. It can accommodates comfortably up to 4 adults and 2 children with its two bedrooms, each equipped with a double size bed (please note that the upstairs bedroom has a low ceiling).
The entrance opens to a bright living room with a dining table, a double sofa bed, and a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine. The spacious outdoor living area offers a spectacular terrace making it the perfect spot for enjoying an aperitivo, dinner in the evening, breakfast in the morning, or simply relaxing and taking in the beauty of Florence's rooftops and monuments.
Each bedroom is stylishly decorated and filled with natural light thanks to large windows. The apartment also features independent air-conditioning in each room and double-glazed windows for noise reduction and temperature control. There are two full bathrooms with showers, making this the perfect holiday rental in Florence.
The building is equipped with a centralized eco-friendly air conditioning system, ensuring that the room temperature remains between 22 and 23 degrees.

For maximum convenience, guests can check in independently using our self check-in system, which allows for flexibility in travel plans. It is mandatory to complete online check-in and upload the required documents in order to receive access instructions. Check-in after midnight is not permitted, unless otherwise agreed.

This apartment is perfect for a small group visiting Florence. Across from the Medici chapel, it’s in a vibrant neighborhood with excellent restaurants, easy access to the train station and the San Lorenzo Mercato. The apartment is small but well maintained with all the amenities you’ll need. The check in process was easy. The management company was wonderful, easy to contact and very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

A/c was not working in apartment. Obviously aware because they left a portable ac in the living room. Wich only cooled that room. Couldn't get the bedrooms below 26.5 degrees (79 degrees). Had to sleep somewhere else the one night because it was too uncomfortable. No response from host when i reached out to them. Other than the heat the apartment would have been acceptable. Good location. Just dont stay there in July or August.
