Recently renovated, gorgeous 3 Bedroom Beach townhome with a view of the ocean from your 2nd level balcony.?Plenty of space, contemporary colors, white kitchen cabinets with cambria quartz counter tops, dry-bar with a wine cooler, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, high speed internet and cable with 55” TVs in each bedroom and common area, high end Serta perfect sleeper pillowtop mattresses, imported bed linen, towels, and goose down comforters. This Beach townhome has it all!

1st Floor - Features a spacious living room with a large comfortable sofa, 65” TV, open kitchen and dining table. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig, toaster, blender, cookware and so much more. Master bedroom with a king bed, 65" TV and on-suite bath.

2nd Floor -

Bedroom Layout:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed - large bedroom with 55” TV, one with amazing ocean views
Bedroom 2: Daybed featuring 2 twin mattresses large bedrooms with 55” TV, which is perfect for kids or couples.The bed is equipped with separate blankets and sheets.

In addition to the bedrooms, the upstairs has a second living room, with a sleeper sofa and a futon that can sleep up to 4 more people. Another 65" TV and two sliding glass doors leading out to some large balconies with great beach views. There is a covered balcony area on the other side of the building, which you can access through the rear 2nd level entry.

This unit is provided with two parking spaces in a private parking lot, right outside of your door.

Please note the washer/dryers are not in-unit but on the property in shared laundry room.

We own the whole 6 unit building that features the same quality and services featured here, contact us for larger groups, family reunions, or multifamily bookings.

Age Restriction: You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Driver's License may be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet the minimum age requirement upon check-in will result in an eviction and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Important: The pet cost will be collected after booking is processed.

Pet Friendly Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 4 dogs. There is a fee of $150 per dog. Dogs must be well trained and less than 100 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, soap and shower accommodations (Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion) . If you run out, you will need to replenish these products. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need.

No Smoking: No smoking is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fee.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.  The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.  Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
