The property was in a good location for us, central to the beach and where our local family lives.Check-in and communication with the property manager was easy. They responded within 10 minutes to any questions.The home was spacious enough for seven people. Unfortunately, it was not the cleanest. The kitchen table still had crumbs and stains from the last guest, the stairway and floors were dirty. Visible dust bunnies and by the end of the first day everyone’s socks were dirty on the bottom. For a 250 cleaning fee, the floors and kitchen should have been clean for us.

Our family enjoyed staying here. We had 5 adults and 2 kiddos. Easy walk to beach (except for crossing A1A). House was clean. Kitchen was stocked. Neighborhood was quiet. Playground was less than mile away. Very close to everything. Hosts were responsive to us. Will def book again.

Very spacious, easy check in and check out process. Communication response was quick. Neighbor that was attached to unit was very friendly and welcomed us as neighbors for our short stay.
