Staff are friendly and the facilities are really good value for money

Clean, welcoming, well presented, clean facilities, clean towels (if bought my own as I wasn’t sure if these were included) clean bathroom with good stock of toilet rolls, soap etc met by owner/manager who explained everything. Also kettle/coffee/sugar/tea/milk, and a sink in the room, just a shame there wasn’t a tiny loo or a door direct to the wc rather than having to go out of the room in to the wc (which was actually next door so no big deal really) I was thinking Possibly a little overpriced for me but then in the room was a packet of crisp, bottle of milk, some cereal, bottle of water and a banana which was a lovely touch seeing as I hadn’t booked breakfast. Though now I’m thinking about it, I’m wondering if whether I should’ve eaten it and will now be charged!? Overall I’d stop again for sure

Only a very small grumble to be honest but it did stop it getting 10/10 for everything, and that was the bed headboard, which when sitting up reading or trying to watch tv was the most uncomfortable thing in the world! Apart from that everything was great

Staff were lovely & also the room was immaculate, the fan & snacks in the room were a lovely touch, never seen this in a hotel before, considering how cheap the room was it was a lovely touch ❤️

We didn't have breakfast here. Street was in a quiet area. Parking was off the street.

Unfortunately there was a musty smell in the room which indicated hidden mould, as my partner is asthmatic this wasn't very pleasant for her and leaving the windows open didn't help. Also only realised when we got home that both me and my partner had been bitten by bed bugs. The en suite bathroom had a mascerator for the toilet but they had also routed the sink and shower waste pipes through it, which meant all we could here was the noise from that most if the time, it would even make noise when it wasn't being used.
