Radiator was hanging off wall when we arrived, the room was so cold! The radiator was on and was so noisy but wasn't warming up the room. The body wash dispenser in bathroom was empty.

No heating in room, had to be given a portable heater. Hotel looks rather dated, ceiling in room had dark patches. Bar was contactless only which was a pain …cash is king !! Wouldn’t stay again .

The staff were very lovely and professional, however the room was not what i expected and was very poor, however the shower was very clean and powerful so was a positive in an adequate stay.

After reading the reviews we nearly cancelled our stay to rebook somewhere else but we decided we just needed somewhere to shower and sleep. Thankfully we did. It was nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews we’d read. The rooms were basic but clean. Staff were lovely. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that but over all we enjoyed our stay.

The accommodation was as described with the added bonus of a small fridge. The adjoining lounge was huge and clean. The furniture was a little low for me personally but comfy and convenient. The bathroom window could have used a blind but at least it was frosted glass.

We had a warm welcome from staff. The room was a little dated but spotlessly clean. Location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Saturday night Blackpool, but a team stop was right outside.

Waited at reception a few minutes, there were 2 girls on reception desk but only one was doing anything , no apology foor the wait Got to my room to find she hadnt given me the key card had to go back to reception she said she had given me and gave me another one, again no apology ,my room was clean enough for an overnight stay could do with a spruce up ,but there was an added addition of a soaking wet towel under the toilet ,looks like there is a leak pillows were a bit lumpy and could of done with more milk ect on the tea tray ,no lamp next to the bed Says parking available but ihad to park on the road only just got a space As car park was full, got woken in the morning at 7.30am due to fire alarm ,ffloorboards very creaky , but it is an old building On the whole it was definitely adequate for my overnight stay after my night out

This is a great choice when visiting Blackpool. Staff are always lovely and happy to help. It’s clean and there has been some upgrades, particularly to bedrooms. I would certainly recommend this hotel. However the room I was in Rm 124 was noisy due to the kitchen fans being switched on at 6am… by the fourth night I’d had enoug.

The hotel is very worn down in need of modernisation. We booked two family rooms and both had damp on walls. Paint chipping off walls. The wardrobe was worse than harry potters room under the stairs! The staff were pleasant enough but they can only work with what’s given to them. The breakfast wasn’t all that. Very basic and minimal.

Spacious (family) room and comfy beds. A little noise from creaky floorboards from room above. Otherwise quiet and comfy. Cool rooms given it was 25 deg when we stayed ! Breakfast was decent and location was ideal. Overlooking beach, easy walk along the promenade to get to North Pier and further … we walked everywhere. Prove for room was very reasonable also. Would definitely stay again.

What we didn't like was when we woke up in the morning & came back, our room was still messy & our beds had not been changed & we were not provided fresh towels or toilet roll & had to get it ourselves at reception. Brekafast was basic & didn't think it was worth the price & didn't feel it was money well spent.

We needed an urgent hotel as our one cancelled whilst travelling found this one, £130 for 2 nights inc parking. 2 adults 1 child, thought Savoy, nice and posh! Quite wrong! Check in easy, polite staff, working lift as on 3rd floor. Quite run down. Room not great, holes in bedroom walls and bathroom walls. 1 curtain on each window so lots of early light. Water so hot, cold so weak, unable to use the shower, broken towel, toilet roll and soap shelfs, not very clean. Breakfast was ok but pricey, £6.99 online but charged £10 at the hotel. Location was good, tram stop outside. Not sure we'd use again

We have stayed here before, when it was Adults only, this time Families have been introduced again, and we did think oh no, but it didn't ruin our stay, we hardly heard the Children, the staff are helpful, cheerful, the Hotel was clean, and the tram stops are right outside, Our stay was very good, hopefully see you again very soon.
