Penzion Expo Dream #33 by goodnite cz

This place is one of the best in Brno for that price! We’ve stayed only for one night and, this was the best night in my whole life. The room was smelling awesome, beds are clean, everything is working. Love it!

location is easy to reach, large expo parking nearby

airco in the room is not existing, a blower only moves the air around but does not cool it. Fridge is very limited - cannot hold large bottles

The guest house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance from a tram stop and therefore pretty close to Brno center. It is clean, attractively and simply decorated and big enough for 4 people. The view of our back room in the garden is relaxing and cool. Online check-in and check-out is easy and practical, as well as the receipt of the key. Staff is friendly and helpful and available in case of any issues. We were pleased to be informed before our arrival that our room had a few humidity spots on the walls due to recent rains and that for this reason we could cancel our reservation if we wished and get a refund (although it was not allowed at the time of reservation). We are glad we didn't cancel, the spots were indeed minimal and our stay was delightful.

One and only suggestion for improvement is that we prefer single beds, sofas or double beds instead of two beds put together to accommodate 3 people. The sofa was very comfortable, but the small gap between the two single beds put together wasn't particularly so for 3 people (for 2 people though, no problem at all).

Location if you need to go to the Exhibition Centre is great.

No staff around, a bit impersonal. Coffee and Tea supllied at the entrance hall. Maybe a vending machine with some snacks would help for guests who arrive late.
