Nagyon közel a városközponthoz, gyalog is ideális a távolság, nyugodt, kellemes környék.
Sajnos ennyi vendégszobához egyetlen fürdőszoba és egy toalett nem elegendő. Állandóan várni kellett a többi vendégre. További probléma ,hogy nagyon hallatszik a többi vendég, nem elegendő a hangszigetelés.
