For the price its okay, the bed was nice location is good close to trams

I liked the price, the cleaness, the warm, the bathroom, the view from the balcony, the breakfast and the staff.
I didn't like very much the location. Actually, is not so far from the city center, but I came in the evening, and I had to leave early in the next morning, so I didn't have enough time to search for walking options to get to the city center, and there are such options, actually, but I discovered them in my last day. I am very glad with the quality - price relation.

Good value in a quiet residential area.
10 minutes before 11am ( check out time) two service ladies forced their entry into my room ignoring the "do not disturb" sign gesticulating that I should leave, not even a knock on the door. Some staff clearly needs training in basic manners.
