It was okay. It would’ve been a perfect rating if it wasn’t for there bugs

Me and my family loved the house key system and that there were 2 parking spots. One was indoor and and one outdoor overall it was 10/10! The neighbours were also really nice and lovely.

But there was a huge downside. There were bedbugs in the bed. My Wife is filled with bug bites and they are itching really badly. So much that we are planning to go to the doctor to get it checked (check the pictures below.) So please get the beds checked.

Indoor car parking very tight. Three's no Iron and an Iron board. If you wash your clothes you can't iron it. The shower floor very slippery when wet, someone is gonna get hurt and there's gonna be law suits.

Superb

Big apartment, clean, full kitchen and washing machine, very nice and comfortable bedroom, parking inside (garage). I did not meet anyone from the personnel, but we got instructions how to get to the room and the time I wanted to ask something we talked via telephone and he was helpful and kind.

It was hot during the daytime when we were there and because it didn't have a/c we wanted to open the windows during evening and night to cool the apartment, but we couldn't. Too many mosquitos and no net on the windows. If it had net, it would be perfect.

Гарна квартирка, добре і зі смаком обставлена меблями і всім необхідним .

Квартира повна постільних клопів !!!!!! Ми були в повному шоці, коли полягали в ліжка і побачили цих кровососів....Після звернення до власника отримали пораду випрати ковдри при високій температурі...Звернення до гарячоі лініі Booking також нічого не дало...Ніякого іншого житла нам не надали, а кошти пообіцяли повернути через 7-12 діб. Тобто замість відпочинку ми повинні були витрачати час і нерви на вирішення проблем, які нам висипали нам на голову. Гарна квартира але дуже погано прибрана: не миті поли з слідами розчалених клопів, пильні підвіконня , я вже не кажу про плинтуси. Зато в правилах записано,що орендарі повинні залишити чистий посуд. У підсумку множинні укуси, страчені нерви і зламані плани на відпочинок.

Immeuble récent, ascenseur et parking privé. La petite terrasse est un plus.

Il faut porter une attention particulière à la propreté de tout l’appartement, moustiquaires détachées, bords de fenêtres sales, réfrigérateur à nettoyer comme l’intérieur des meubles de la cuisine. Attention aux joints de la douche à reprendre, ainsi que les tâches sur les murs et la porte des toilettes (on se demande ce que c’est !). Nettoyer le WC et changer la brosse. Faire un tri dans les denrées alimentaires restées des anciens locataires et veiller à ce que les télécommandes soient fonctionnelles, nous avons dû acheter des piles. Un livret d’accueil avec la description du fonctionnement de l’appartement serait un plus étant donné que nous ne voyons pas le propriétaire (prises commandées par exemple, ou mode d’emploi de la climatisation ou de la TV qui était totalement déréglée…) Appartement non adapté à des personnes à mobilité réduite. L’appartement est très sombre car les fenêtres donnent sur un mur de végétation.

Séjour de 3 jours et 2 nuits

Le lieu était calme, avec la terrasse face aux arbres c’était parfait. Cela permet de se retrouver au calme, tout en étant pas loin de lieux à voir (dont l’Italie). Moi qui suis compliquée niveau propreté cela m’à été agréable d’être d’en en endroit propre. De plus, le propriétaire nous explique tout correctement cela facilite la chose a l’arrivée du séjour.
