    This was the most satisfying stay in Switzerland! The place was clean and comfortable overall, with a beautiful lake view, and it truly felt like a home away from home.

    Honest review. Hotel staff is friendly and nice but this is probably more a bnb instead of hotel as there is no concierge/customer service representative after 6pm. Location is great.

    Our stay at Walz was absolutely perfect—it gave us a true sense of the slow, serene Swiss lifestyle. Tucked away from the busy tourist hubs like Lucerne and Interlaken, this place offered the peace and charm we were looking for. Yes, it takes a bit of a journey to explore nearby attractions, but every time we returned, the room felt like home. The highlight was the direct view from our room of Lake Brienz and the snow-covered mountains—what more could one ask for? If you're looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of Switzerland at your own pace, this is the place to be.
