Great for a short stay

It was new, clean and had an impressive view. It's proximity to public transport was a great help as Old Town was a 30 minute walk.

The lighting was too complex with too many options.

Excellent choice even for a longer stay in Lyon!

Excellent location at the walking distance from the Part Dieu train station (and shopping mall with Monoprix and Carrefour supermarkets for self catering) and Rhonexpress tram to the airport. Nearby there is also the tram T1 stop which takes you towards the city center (in combination with metro). Excellent interaction with the owner: even if we didn't meet him in person, he has sent us on time detailed instructions how to enter the apartment (door code). Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. WiFi OK.

Multifunction light switches - it takes some time to figure out how to operate them. Pls add a couple of beer glasses!

Very modern and luxurious apartment with stunning views of Lyon, close to station and Old Town

The views of Lyon from the balcony of were stunning and the apartment was very modern and well-equipped.

The instructions for accessing the main entrance to the apartment building and door of the apartment were complex and in French, which made it a little difficult, but the YouTube videos of each of the processes helped a lot. Tip: you will need to read all the instructions to gain access.

Everything we needed was provided. The host was very helpful with information on how to access the property and how things inside worked. Easy walk from train station but long walk to tourist places.

The deck chairs inside were too low for older people. The train noise can be bothersome.

The host was super responsive. Mathieu was a pleasure to work with. He helped with time flexibility for luggage drop and was prompt with the instructions. The apartment is at an awesome location. And very secured with 3 layers of security. The balcony was so awesome, we decided to spend one of the evening sipping wine. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is done up in good taste and yet very functional.

The toilet location is not the most ideal within the unit because it could disturb partner when resting at night. The lounge chairs at the balcony are great but not so easy to get up for older folks.

Responsive host who let us check out an hour late. Well equipped with all that we needed with nice little extras. Very easy to get in snd out as needed.

We were surprised that we could still hear the trains from the 14th floor! And there was major construction going on right outside the window with a giant crane. Nothing the host can do about that of course.

Lovely studio in a safe, modern building. Has everything you can possibly need and everything works! Very close to the train station, a huge shopping mall and public transport. Great view, nice spacious balcony. Lots of attention to detail and making sure you feel at home.

Cosy little space with great amenities, great views from 14th floor, balcony, nice decor and clean. Not far down the road is Halle de Lyon Paul Bocuse, a must do food market.

Was a little anxious about getting access but it wasn't to bad. Found the location ok, found my way through the first 2 coded doors to the building, the instructions were good. The final email with the link for the room wasn't in English and I couldn't translate it but managed to figure it out. I'm glad I was checking in at 3pm and not late. The washing machine was a great bonus, some instructions for it would be handy, and a drying rack would be a great addition. I would definitely stay again

Well equipped modern apartment. Close to railway station and Westfield shopping centre and restaurants.

Location moderne à deux pas de la gare.

Voilà un hébergement qui nous a épaté et que nous recommandons vivement. Situé au 14 ième étage d’un immeuble situé à cinq minutes à pied de la gare, il propose toutes les commodités qui rendront votre séjour agréable. Mathieu a d'ailleurs fait le plus beau guide pratique que j'ai jamais vu. On voit que l'informatique et la technologie n'ont pas de secrets pour lui. Moderne, lumineux et sécuritaire, vous aurez tout l’équipement à la fine pointe tels cuisinière à induction, lave-vaisselle, four et micro-ondes intégré, laveuse à linge, téléviseur, jusqu’à la serrure à code. Le système d’éclairage spectaculaire est des plus sophistiqué et nécessite un peu de pratique pour bien le maîtriser. Une vue sur la ville et la proximité avec les Halles de Bocuse sont des atouts. Un seul petit hic, les chaises pliantes de salon de style «hamac » ne sont pas des plus pratiques lorsqu’il s’agit de s’en relever. Ce petit défaut est toutefois largement compensé par tous les autres avantages que l’hébergement vous offre. Nous vous le recommandons sans hésitation.

Bel appartement proche de la gare avec un super hôte

Mathieu est un super hôte, communication très aisée, il nous a laissé mettre nos valises dans l'appartement à 11h alors que le ménage n'était pas encore fait et il nous a permis de faire un late check out à 12h au lieu de 11h. C'était vraiment très appréciable. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans l'appartement qui est vraiment tout équipé et avec goût, c'était propre. La localisation est proche de la gare ce qui est pratique. La vue est imprenable et le building est très propre et sécurisé. Lit confortable et spacieux.

Peut être juste enlever les deux chaises longues qui ne sont pas vraiment pratiques et utiles car trop basses et encombrantes, mais c'est du détail, et ajouter du mobilier sur la terrasse afin d'en profiter.

Alojamiento de 10 en Lyon

Estuve alojado del 9 al 12 de febrero. Me gustó todo en general. Muy buenas vistas, el equipamiento del estudio, no le falta de nada, está decorado con muy buen gusto, la cama muy cómoda. La comunicación fluida con Mathieu, resolviendo cualquier duda en poco tiempo. La ubicación perfecta, a un paso de la Gare de Lyon y del transporte al aeropuerto. Muchas gracias Mathieu, espero volver.
