Location, instruction for allocation,

After completing the booking and payment through Booking.com, we contacted the host (By Email) for further details about the flat before our arrival. At that point, we were informed about an additional deposit requirement. Although the letter states that the deposit will be refunded within 14 days, we found it shocking that the requested amount was nearly equal to the total cost of our 4-night stay. It would be greatly appreciated if the deposit could be reduced, or if it could instead be collected in person when we arrive. Thank you for your understanding.

The apartment is very recently refurbished and in very good condition.

I appreciate that owners work other jobs, but we enjoy meeting the proprietors (or someone who represents them) in person when possible... I feel like it's nicer to say thanks to a human than do an online survey

overall a comfortable and luxurious apartment - would stay again!

great space for 2 or 3 people! amenities all felt very new and clean, especially the bathroom and kitchen facilities. apartment overall felt very luxurious and worth the price. location was quiet and felt safe even at night. We often went to the grocery and convenience stores that were within one block of the main entrance, and our favourite restaurants in Lyon were all within a 15 minute walk

-clothes dryer rack only worked occasionally, and would not turn on properly or respond to controls all the time - may need servicing? -spa worked as advertised, but noticeable dirt came out of spa spouts on first use - may need cleaning between tenant stays

un film d’horreur. coupure d’électricité toute une soirée dans le noir absolument pas d’électricité pas d’accès au compteur une horreur. Personne qui vous répond très grosse frayeur pour ma compagne et une déception totale. la personne au téléphone à oser me dire qu’il avait précisé à Booking que nous n’étions pas venu pour qu’il se fasse remboursé inadmissible et honteux 🤬
