La décoration, l’emplacement.
Rien mis à part l’escalier pour un logement au deuxième étage, il ne me semble pas que cela soit indiqué. Cela ne nous a pas gêné mais avec une personne âgée ou un enfant jeune cela peut être compliqué. Presque tout le stationnement à Tulle est payant il y a néanmoins un parking (payant) très proche de l’appartement.

Sa situation géographique, le côté spacieux de l’appartement avec ses 3 chambres et une jolie décoration. L’appartement est bien équipé.
Salle de bains petite et wc communiquant. Ca allait parce qu’on était 3, mais si nous avions été +, ça aurait été problématique.
