Cosy Apparts Brive

J'ai adoré l'aménagement et la déco, très bien conçu, c'est très pratique pour cuisiner, salle de bain très agréable et bien équipée, balcon génial, face au coucher du soleil et vue sur la gare (j'adore les trains) et vue sur le jardin et la ville également, mon petit logement sous les toits était très romantique. Escalier lumineux. Espace extérieur... Lit très confortable , parfait pour 1 personne. Très bonne prestation. Les renseignements fournis (tourisme et magasins en proximité ) étaient précieux. J'ai eu en plus la chance de toujours trouver à me garer en face du logement (sinon parking de la gare, tout près, après déchargement...

Les claquements de la porte des voisins, mais ça c'est dû à la mauvaise éducation pas à une faute des propriétaires... La chaleur par canicule (je ne crois pas trop à la clim par la porte fenêtre ouverte...

Great value for money, the apartment was as described. Close to the old part of the town with on-street parking outside. The apartment was clean and adequately furnished.

This place wasn’t for us. Handy for the train station, however. Functional small, neat apartment. Nice touch with Nespresso and small cakes. The proprietor was very communicative and gave lots of clear and useful information.

Photos were of different aspects of all of the apartments and all of them look bright and airy on the site. Ours was not. It was stale and smelt, possibly because of the bins right outside the only window, which also opened onto a busy road. We didn’t feel safe, leaving the window open to freshen the place. It was also far too noisy - traffic.
