About this cottage rental
Recent country house built in 2002 and fully taken over in 2011, located 1 km
from the village of Thégra in the Causses du Quercy regional natural park, a stone's throw from the
famous city of Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac and near many sites
exceptional tourists. You can relax by taking advantage of the pleasant interior and exterior fittings of the gîte, in particular the swimming pool and its summer kitchen, ideal for barbecues, as well as the vast 1500m² enclosed plot. Calm assured!
Cottage of 150m² on one level, with a fully equipped American kitchen area overlooking a large
living room, lunchroom. 4 bedrooms: the Violet bedroom (1 double bed in 160) with a bathroom and a private WC, the Children's bedroom (2 single beds in 80, to be joined to make a 160 bed), the Orange bedroom ( 2 single beds in 80, to be joined to make a 160 bed) and the Beige bedroom (1 double bed in 160). A second bathroom and an independent WC. Large basement with possibility of entering cars, and for table tennis fun. Fuel heating, underfloor heating. Baby chair and cot on request.
Near the fenced swimming pool (9m x 3.50m x 1.60m deep), a covered kitchen with
brick barbecue, perfect for summer evenings! Most ? A large enclosed plot, terrace,
private parking and garage.
