About this cottage rental
Recent country house built in 2002 and fully taken over in 2011, located 1 km
from the village of Thégra in the Causses du Quercy regional natural park, a stone's throw from the
famous city of Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac and near many sites
exceptional tourists. You can relax by taking advantage of the pleasant interior and exterior fittings of the gîte, in particular the swimming pool and its summer kitchen, ideal for barbecues, as well as the vast 1500m² enclosed plot. Calm assured!
Cottage of 150m² on one level, with a fully equipped American kitchen area overlooking a large
living room, lunchroom. 4 bedrooms: the Violet bedroom (1 double bed in 160) with a bathroom and a private WC, the Children's bedroom (2 single beds in 80, to be joined to make a 160 bed), the Orange bedroom ( 2 single beds in 80, to be joined to make a 160 bed) and the Beige bedroom (1 double bed in 160). A second bathroom and an independent WC. Large basement with possibility of entering cars, and for table tennis fun. Fuel heating, underfloor heating. Baby chair and cot on request.
Near the fenced swimming pool (9m x 3.50m x 1.60m deep), a covered kitchen with
brick barbecue, perfect for summer evenings! Most ? A large enclosed plot, terrace,
private parking and garage.

Maison très propre, spacieuse, entourée de verdure et très au calme , repos assuré, en plus très proche des plus beaux sites à visiter.

Leider steht in der Objektbeschreibung nicht dabei, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitzubringen sind. Das Grundstück ist fast komplett eingezäunt, allerdings ist der Zaun für mittelgroße bis große Hunde zu niedrig. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön. Insgesamt liegt das Haus sehr ruhig und ist sauber. Die Vermieterin ist auch sehr nett.

La propriétaire est facilement joignable pour vous fournir tous les renseignements sur cette location.
Son accueil est très sympathique et des confiseries locales vous attendent sur la table du coin repas.
La maison est vaste et lumineuse.
A l'arrière les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur un paysage de campagne totalement dégagé.
La vue à partir du grand lit de la suite parentale est superbe.
Rien ne manque pour un agréable séjour.
Des documentations sont à disposition dans la table du salon pour les visites et activités locales.
L'environnement est particulièrement calme.
