The shaded terrace equipped with garden furniture with barbecue is not immediately overlooked with the other houses.

The Hameau des Cardenals is located in Salviac, between Sarlat and Cahors, in Périgord Quercy, on the border of the Dordogne and Lot departments.
Located in a rural setting, the place is quiet, relaxing and friendly. Facing south-west, the cottage enjoys a fabulous panoramic view of the Causse de la Bouriane valley, a place of dwarf oaks, chestnut trees and rivers.

The house is recent, well maintained and of high quality; well insulated, it is very cool in summer.
The household appliances and furniture are in excellent condition. The swimming pool, heated to a minimum of 28°, is salt-treated (chlorine-free). It is pleasant and has a tiled beach of 100 m². The whole is fenced by a fence that meets the strict AFNOR safety standards.

We offer the following options as an extra:
- Bed linen: 40 € per stay
- towels: €40 per stay
- Baby kit: 20 € per stay
- rental of a Nespresso coffee machine: €10 per week (pods not provided).
- End of stay cleaning: 70 €
- additional cleaning in case of the presence of a pet: 30 € per stay

Rules:
30% deposit on booking, balance 1 month before arrival.
Deposit on arrival: 500 € to be deposited on arrival at the owner.

Before your arrival, remember to check with your home insurance that you have the "resort" option in case of damage occurring during your stay.

The centre of the village, 400 m away, has many shops including a U Express (drive possible), doctors and local services.
In Gourdon (12 km) there are other supermarkets (Carrefour Market, Intermarché (drive possible)....
The sights are numerous and beautiful.
The most prestigious such as Rocamadour, Padirac, Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Lascaux, Domme, Monpazier, Gramat, or St Cirq Lapopie are in the immediate vicinity (between 20 and 50 km).

We would like to reassure you on certain points:
- The cottages are independent of each other and there are about 30 m between each of them.
- The houses are cleaned after each departure of holidaymakers and we take particular care to disinfect the premises as well as the common areas so that everyone has a good holiday in complete safety.
- The games room and the swimming pool are equipped to limit promiscuity between holidaymakers.
- the salt (chlorinated) water of the pool being a natural antiseptic.
