Emplacement au calme tout proche du centre ville. Stationnement facile rue calme. Appartement spacieux, très bien chauffé (1er étage, décembre 2025, pdt 1 semaine), bien équipé. Canapé-lit très confortable. Belle douche spacieuse.
Manque un tabouret ou petite table à coté du canapé-lit. Le lit de la chambre aurait besoin d'un nouveau matelas et chaises de cuisine fatiguées également. TV pas facile à régler. Pas pour les maniaques de l'hygiène mais rapport qualité prix top.

La localisation et le fait de pouvoir louer 2 logements au même endroit, sympathie du propriétaire.
La propreté du logement, ménage non fait avec poussière encrassée, moisissure dans le logement, fuite évacuation WC. Vaisselle et couvert tous à renettoyer ainsi que le four et micro onde, balcon, draps déchirés, humidité très importante dans tout le logement. Le logement parait non entrenu niveau propreté.
