Comfortable. I particularly appreciated the coffee machine and the bottle of wine. We loved having a footpath nearby so we could walk to the farm shop or the Downs.

The annexe is well located near Arundel and Nick is very helpful. The bed is large and very comfy.

Location was convenient and there was a lot of privacy making it very comfortable. The host gave clear communication and detailed instructions. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Shower and sink were very powerful with good supply of hot water. The bedding was very comfortable.
The only issue was that the shower lip was low so water would leak out. Ventilation even with window open was not strong enough to dry it even overnight.
