The host supplied exactly what we requested for breakfast (cereal, fresh fruit, milk, coffee). The area around Fittleworth is beautiful and pleasurable to walk around. The historic building of St. Richard’s Cottages made for an interesting stay also.
The games room (which we wouldn’t have had time make use of) was very musty, and a few of the billiard balls were missing. You would probably need to run a serious dehumidifier to make use of that room, or perform some type of foundation water mitigation. But we understand that it is Avery old building, so it did not affect our appreciation for the property.

Really easy check in. Parking simple. Very sweet place, exactly what we needed for visiting family in the area. Jonathan made himself completely available to us whilst leaving us to enjoy the house and surroundings.
Nothing bad at all but quite small so consider this if you are a family, you'll want to probably use the house as a base for other activities (plenty to do in the area, would recommend the little steam train at the garden centre).

We did not have breakfast, although it was offered. Location was fine but not for the disabled. It was in a good spot as it was close to where we wanted to visit.
Not having a upstairs toilet. Having to park the car at the pub.
