Location is lovely - quiet, set among grass and trees.
The owner provided tennis racquets and a couple of balls.
Hot interior during hot weather. Fans provided without asking but no way to turn off the towel rails meant the bathrooms were like my steam room.
Most utensils etc present but not much cutlery and no kitchen roll.
If the owners are not there to move their car, it’s quite a walk with heavy bags to the entrance.

The annex has a very relaxing setting. The wood at the rear of the garden is home to a multiple of native birds, with their chorus of songs. The space benefits from plenty of sunshine, so is bright and welcoming. It is a quiet and peaceful annex.
Nothing, it is ideal for a stay in the Horsham area.

Great place near Horsham. Clean property, lovely setting, warm, showers are good, has washing and cooking facilities.
Would be useful to add a chopping board, peeler and colander to the kitchen. I preferred the firmness of the mattress on the single bed to the double, but that may be down to personal preference.

Location was great, very convenient for town and for country walks and runs, beautiful grounds, very modern and warm, great showers, perfectly clean, wonderfully quiet surroundings and very helpful hosts. We enjoyed playing on the tennis courts.
The double bed mattress could do with replacing I think, or maybe a really really thick memory foam topper - it bows in the middle with two people and we could feel the springs despite the topper. I had to go and sleep on the single as I'm very thin and it hurt my bones! Sorry to mention this as all the rest was so great. Maybe other people won't find it as problematic if they're not quite so thin as me.
