Location was fantastic and views were spectacular, spent most evenings looking out across the south downs views and they never disappointed! Room was clean, easy to find and use and hosts were so pleasant and talkative, happy to help any way they could! Room was really well fitted, decorated and finished, it felt like being in a home away from home rather than anything else. Bed was super comfortable as well and made the stop really easy as usually I'm quite fussy about my beds, both a thin and a thick cover alongside having air-conditioning meant any discomfort felt was purely your own fault and nothing of the facilities. We brought our own towels and toiletries to find towels, flannels, shampoos and bodywash all provided leaving very little of our own needing to be used at all. Susan even showed us where we could bring the car up to better load and unload our belongings making it much easier than walking up the stairs with suitcases! We will 100% be visiting again!
No issues at all, had minor WiFi issue but was resolved instantly upon mentioning it. We hardly even needed it as the disconnection from our phones was welcome with the views.
