Studio meublé. Proche mer et centre ville

I loved how close it was to the beach , the tram station is a 5 minute walk very accessible, bonus for the shop underneath the apartments we didn’t have to drag groceries far. The air conditioning was also great to come back to a cool apartment. It was easy to access keys the host was nice. There is a washing machine if needed and enough storage space for 2 people to fit all their clothes into. I would highly recommend this place. The balcony is also very nice to sit out in the evening and to have a glass of wine :)

The cleanliness of cutlery and dishes, the apartment could use a deep clean of general surface areas like the sinks, shower and the floor as they weren’t 100% clean( up to 70% clean). No wifi :(

The location of the apartment is fabulous for the price - only 10 mins by foot to Promenade des Anglaise and about 6 mins by foot to nearest Tram stop. The apartment itself is very clean, light and spacious. The sofa bed is ideal for the space and very easy to use. The balcony was a wonderful surprise! It is the perfect place to sit and have a coffee in the morning and it even has a teeny tiny partial sea view! Cannot recommend this place enough if you are coming to Nice on a budget.

The road below can be noisy at times but this is no fault of the host and should be expected in busy cities!

The communication with the owner was really good. The bathroom was also great. The apartment isnt very big, but its cozy and practicaly managed.

There were some basic kitchen utilities missing (for example cups and cooking spoons)

Lokace ubytování je skvělá. Měly jsme to na vlakové nádraží Nice Ville cca 15 minut chůze. V okolí jsou obchody, restaurace. Na Pláž je to také kousek, cca 10 minut chůze.

Rozkládací pohovka je velmi nekomfortní a nedovedu si ji představit pro dva dospělé. Já jsem byla ubytovaná se ségrou 12 let a byl to horor. V ubytování nejsou ručníky na ruce, dostaly jsme jen každá jeden velký ručník. V ubytování není ani mýdlo na ruce natož sprchový gel nebo jar na nádobí či houbička na nádobí. Nábytek na balkoně byl špinavý, takže jsme se o něj hned ušpinily.
