We had a great time in Nice and Annemarie was very kind!
You can hear the people from outside and the next room.

There was lots of facilitates, namely a washing machine, a fridge, hob and microwave as well as the usual kettles and cutlery etc. The host, Annemarie, was very welcoming and provided great advice regarding Nice.
It can be a little far from old Nice, however, there are a variety of public transport options available, which Annemarie let us know about!

Well located apartment. Very clean and well equipped. The host made amazing recommendation of where to visit and the air conditioning worked very well.
We had to wait outside the property for the host before we could access it. Whilst we understood this was due to the host’s personal reasons, it was very hot waiting for half hour in the sun.

L'étudiant de l'appartement situé juste à côté (et séparé par une mince cloison) était très bruyant, parfois juqu'à 2 heures du matin. Les propriétaires (qui possèdent les deux appartements) sont très aimablement intervenus rapidement à notre demande mais cela n'a pas suffi.
