Very clean. Spacious All things worked like TV, AC, washing machine etc Smooth entry Owner helped with our request to keep the luggage for few hours 1.2 kms from the beach promenade des ang lais and similar distance from nice ville Bed and Sofa bed was comfortable Clean linen
Maybe a European thing but no fans. Like hall with AC was good. But bedroom felt slightly hot Could have given some coffee. Not promised but still You can hear train, not a deal breaker

Il palazzo era terribile , in portineria c’era un cattivo odore asfissiante e addirittura appena entrate abbiamo trovato di fronte l’ascensore del sangue per terra ( spero fosse sangue della carne appena comprata, ma comunque orribile). Inoltre il rumore del treno che passa spessissimo di fronte non ci faceva dormire , faceva quasi tremare le pareti .
