Posizione ottima, leggermente defilata dal caos del centro cittadino ma al contempo vicinissimo alla strada reale. Palazzo nuovo e molto curato. Appartamento moderno e ben arredato.

L' accesso all' appartamento è stato piuttosto complesso e prima di trovare il portone, l' appartamento e il posto auto ci abbiamo messo un bel po'. Forse sarebbe necessaria una spiegazione più dettagliata da parte del proprietario. L' appartamento sebbene molto bello, non era particolarmente curato. Era rotta la catena che permetteva l' accensione delle luci sullo specchio, Il televisore non era collegato all' antenna e non funzionava il collegamento a internet, il proprietario ci ha lasciato poca carta igienica e siamo stati costretti a comprarne altra. C'era un solo asciugamano per persona e nel bagno cieco non funzionava l' aspiratore. Il frigo funzionava male malgrado fosse stato selezionato il livello massimo di raffreddamento. Insomma tanti piccoli dettagli che alla fine non ci hanno permesso di godere appieno del magnifico appartamento.

The super easy check in and apartment access was great, due to our late time of arrival. The central location of the apartment to a huge variety of eateries and attractions is definitely a highlight. The apartment had everything you needed to have an excellent stay. And having the shop right next door was so handy. Highly recommend this apartment when visiting Gdansk. Thanks for an awesome weekend.

Choć trudno nazwać obiekt apartamentem , jest to mieszkanie idealne dla dwóch par, wyróżniające się funkcjonalnym układem oraz bardzo dobrą lokalizacją.

- brak instrukcji dotyczącej zlokalizowania klatki do mieszkania , przy ogromnym bloku i ilości klatek trzeba krążyć kilka minut żeby trafić do odpowiedniej - instrukcja do głównego kontenera na śmieci miała znajdować się w windzie , lecz jej nie było , w związku z tym żeby znaleźć główny śmietnik trzeba było się naszukać - cieknąca spłuczka w łazience - połamana wtyczka do lampki nocnej - brak kapsułek do zmywarki - brak kanałów TV Właściciel powinien dopilnować bardziej tych szczegółów które jednak odgrywają dużą rolę i wpływają na komfort pobytu

The location is excellent. In my opinion this is the best location in Gdansk. Quiet but close to centrum, lots of restaurants nearby. Beds were good and it was nice to have 2 sofas in the living area.

The code to the front door and the apartment did not come until we asked for it. But the owner answered really quickly so that’s really not a issue. The apartment was not really clean there were silfer fishes in the bathroom. We had asked that the sofa bed would be made because we were 3 adults that are not used to sharing beds and we were arriving late. When we arrived that had not been done and there were only 2 bath towels. The following morning we asked for more bed linien for the sofa bed, extra towels, coffee machine (which was not in the apartment) and a new tee kettle because the one that was in the apartment was really dirty. Again the owner responded quickly and the next evening that was resolved. We had been asked to either pay the city tax with some app or leave it by the TV in the living room. We left cash in the apartment. After we arrived back home I got a message that we had not payed and that the owner had reported me to Booking. The money was later found, the owner said he was sorry for the misunderstanding. I asked him to let Booking know and he said ok. But the day after I got an email from Booking urging me to pay. I sent our correspondence to Booking and the issue was resolved. Personally I found this rude and uncomfortable. I come regularly to Gdansk and will not be staying again with this owner. We could have overlooked the other things but not being accused of not paying.
