Access was complicated, we came by car and the description on how to access the car park was not easy to find. Also, the access to the apartment as described did not work. Then, we had a problem to drive out from the car park when we checked out as we of course left the remote key for the parking in the apartment.

It was in a great location, excellent layout and very comfortable.

The apartment was beautiful, modern, and in a great location with a lovely view of the Old Town. The underground parking was also a big advantage.

Unfortunately, all of these positives were overshadowed by poor communication and a lack of organization. Check-in was supposed to be from 4:00 PM. When we called to ask how to access the apartment, we were told that all the check-in information would be sent at 3:00 PM. That time came, but we received nothing. We were then promised the information by 3:45 PM, but again nothing arrived. When we called again at 3:55 PM, we were told that the apartment had not yet been prepared and that the cleaning would only start then. We were promised it would be ready within an hour, but that did not happen either. In the end, we were only able to enter the apartment at 5:30 PM. The host apologized and promised some form of compensation, but three weeks have passed and we have not received anything. Very disappointing and frustrating… 5 from 10 only because if that…
