Location, modern apartment design, clean
The windows are not soundproof, during night you can hear every word from downstairs, people partying and screaming, it was hard to sleep even with earplugs in.

Close to the main tourist area. Very clean. Nice shower. Easy check in/out.
Communication with the staff was not good. They wouldn't provide us with more than 2 towels for a 4 night stay or more than 1 roll of toilet paper.
There was only 1 wine glass and no ice cube tray. Coffee machine and coffee, but no filters.
There was no drying rack for the washing machine and no laundry pods. No place to hang a wet towel.
The balcony was tiny and had no view. At night there was loud party noise from bars until 3 or 4am. Garbage truck collection begins at 6am.
When pulled out, the sofa bed leaves no room to sit comfortably.
