Had a nice and quiet time exploring the shores.

Very spacious and clean apartment, few minutes walk to the beach and situated close to local amenities.

In general, a good stay.

Good Location. Quiet area close to the beach. Free parking outside the house. There’s a fan in every bedroom.

The only toilet in the property is located on the ground floor and the bedrooms are upstairs. When travelling with very elderly parents this can be a big inconvenient especially if they need the toilet in the night (it should be mentioned on the property listing to be fair). Top bedroom mattress was dirty and full of stains. A mattress protector would be much appreciated. We found a pair of Dirty and wet underwear on the patio floor when we arrived. It looked like it had been there for a a few days. No wine glasses and they wouldn’t cost much to provide.

Very close to the beach. Spacious and good facilities including BBQ and outside seats.

Still 30 minutes drive to reach the Calais Ferry, but otherwise good location.

Nice house for a family, close to the beach

Good location close to a magnificent beach and to a fort worth the visit. There was enough of everything to start with when we arrived (coffee, filters, sponge, oil, salt, dishwashing tabs, laundry product, etc.) Easy to park in front of the house. Nice outdoor space behind (although lacking greenery)

We were fighting with the bedlinen that were too tight in the double bed on first floor. It was a bit long to make coffee with the coffee machine 😉

Good

Internally, the house was lovely but would benefit from a handrail on the 2nd floor stairwell. The location to shops, bars, restaurants and beach was exceptional. The Sunday market was good. The house looked newly refurbished throughout and was very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the house was at the far end of a housing estate (1950's prefabricated social housing). You had to park on the pavement and our UK number plate attracted unwanted attention from local residents. It felt like the residents were unhappy about the area being used for holiday homes and we were worried about damage being done to the car as it was parked on the pavement (although a large car park was available lower down the street we still felt it was safer parking the car within our sight).

Le calme, le parking aisé, la proximité de la mer, la cour intérieure très sécurisée pour des enfants. La cuisine bien conçue. Les chambres sont très propres et fonctionnelles. Couette douche à l’italienne.

Top séjour !

Situation calme et point de départ de beaucoup de belles balades à pieds ou à vélo, chouette maison lumineuse et bien équipée. On s’y sent chez soi. Le gestionnaire du logement est très attentionné et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Bonne localisation,mais services a ameliorer

Le logement est sympa , la cour avec barbecue est un plus. Le proprietaire est tres sympa , bonne communication: nous nous sommes enfermé en exterieur et une personne est venu nous ouvrir gentillement la porte. (Encore merci)

L'exterieur mériterait un bon coup de nettoyage. On a retrouvé un caleçon dans le jardin (surement les anciens locataires..). Il manque un peu de vaisselle (verres a biere/champagne, tasses a café..) La litierie mériterait un bon coup de nettoyage (taches sur les couettes, matela jaune, pas de protege matela...) les draps sont tous délavés (autant que les serviettes). Ca meriterait un raffraichissement.

Magnifique région ! Le phare est à visiter 😉

Le logement ne correspond absolument PAS à la description : Taques de cuisson en panne(pratique quand il faut faire àmanger le jour meme et que personne ne repond au téléphone !, volet du Velux cassé, Logement sale, Poussière sous les lits, terre dans les chambres, Vaisselle manquante et/ ou cassée ! Une casserole dont le fond était carrément brûlé ! Pas de serpillière ni de produits pour nettoyer, Cendrier plein de mégots, terrasse sale et non entretenue. Très très décevant.
