Had everything we needed, fantastic shower.

No clear instructions for what to do when finally leaving property.

It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated throughout. Comfortable beds with nice sheets. The mini welcome pack was much appreciated. Lovely sofas and tvs in all rooms. Nice en suites beautifully done throughout. The boot warmer looked great for winter walkers. Neff appliances were lovely except the washing machine - the softener drawer filled with water and was mouldy.

Tried to contact the agent multiple times with some queries during opening hours. They didn’t text back or answer the phone. The agents totally let down and otherwise lovely property. The tumble dryer didn’t work and the airer was more suitable for baby clothes, it was tiny. The outside seating was uncomfortable rusty bistro chairs and there was no sun on the patio all day, so we didn’t sit out even though it was a heatwave. A bench on the front in the sun where it’s more open might work better.

A great stay and brilliant location. The welcome packs were a lovely surprise. Decorated beautifully with everything you need facilities wise (including towels!) The showers were particularly amazing!

Nothing to dislike, if I was being picky the heating was a little temperamental and the skirting boards and towel radiators need a dust.

The location of the property was a great place to explore the Lake District, and a short walk to Bowness on Windermere town and lake. The property was, quirky, comfortable, clean, and well stocked for all our needs, with little packs of essentials left in the kitchen and bathrooms to facilitate our stay.

There was nothing to dislike.
