A quiet place wirh privacy. Plenty of space
The sofa and chair in the living room have reached the end of live... but still ok.

Great location.
Upstairs was pretty hot. A/C units upstairs not that efficient.

Entry to the house was very easily done. There was sufficient room in the driveway for 3 cars. The outside shower was excellent. The large deck was needed, since the grounds around the house were not conducive for kids to play due to stumps, branches and no lawn to speak of. Interior of the house very comfortable for 5 adults and 3 children.
The area surounding the house needed work. Very little lawn. The biggest disappointment were the two gas barbeques that were in very poor shape. The cooking grates and flavorizing bars needed replacement. One grill didn't light properly.
