This home was beautiful. Check in went smoothly. You couldn’t help but relax by the pool. The only issue was the bedrooms had no closets. The management company immediately sent us a wardrobe hanger. Excellent management company.

There are many positives about this rental: management very responsive, the outdoor areas are absolutely beautiful and the location is ideal, set between Oceanside and bayside. There are plenty of towels, pool toys and lovely outdoor kitchen. The deficiencies are: no closets. Smaller rooms so made it difficult to store personal items. Beautiful bathrooms. Could also use a more effective cleaning between guests.

This property had so much more than I thought. The pool was so refreshing. We went swimming every day. Used the grill a lot. Everything new. Ample supplies eg towels and even slippers! There were all the things you need to from a good supply of pots and pans and spices, sand chairs to take to the beach. The management company was responsive to questions too. I would rent again!

The property had been renovated recently and was well done - even though there were small things that were not complete (like trim in the master bath). The house was well appointed with four bedrooms and three full baths. Each room had an air conditioner and a smart tv and the kitchen had nice appliances (however it was missing a tea kettle). The backyard was fenced with a beautiful pool, nice furniture and an outside kitchen with gas grill (plumbed), sink, freezer and trash can. The yard was in good condition however the front side yard was a bit muddy due to over watering (more on this later). The only complaint we had - and it is a big one - is the bugs. There were large ants in the main living space - lots of them even though all doors and sliders remained closed. The master bath was another area that was full of every bug imaginable from spiders, to moths and other unidentified bugs. My guess is that these came in through the window covering for the portable air conditioner as there was gaps in the window cover - it looks like previous guests had tried to plug with toilet paper but it did not work. The other bug problem was the mosquitos which did not become a problem until four or five days into our stay. The covered trash cans were in the side yard outside the fence and trips to drop off trash bags meant you were assaulted by - and I am not over estimating - 25+ mosquitos. Towards the end of the trip you could not leave the front door and on the final day they were a problem in the back yard. These issues were daytime from 9am through 6pm and only got worse beyond that. I am not sure if the owners sprayed for bugs and it was at the end of its effectiveness, but it definitely impacted our stay. It was a shame because we were already planning to rent it again next year because it was so well appointed.
