About this house rental
Salt waterfront home located in the Ocean Harbor Association in East Orleans on Cape Cod within a mile of Nauset Beach. This comfortably and tastefully furnished home is set on over an acre of beautiful multi-level grounds with frontage and views of Little Cove. Enjoy kayaking from the homeowners’ association dock, play tennis at the association tennis court and swim off the dock on the Mill Pond right around the corner. The kitchen was renovated in 2022 and the master bathroom was renovated in 2018. A wonderful vacation home!
3 Bedrooms; 6 Beds: 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Twin, 1 Sofa-bed. The master suite is on the first floor with a sliding glass door to the deck overlooking Little Cove. Two other very spacious bedrooms are on the second floor. The basement has a family room with flat screen TV and pullout queen couch. Ping pong table and outdoor shower. Linens and towels not included but available through a local rental company.
3 Baths: 2 Full, 1 Half. Limit: 9 people. Rentals in summer are a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday.

A beautiful home and a great location. No surprises. Everything was as advertised and we had no need to communicate with the host during our stay.

We had a great time, the house was well maintained, easy access to salt water pond, 5 min drive to the beach, played tennis few nights, we all enjoyed it.
The host Therese was very nice and quick to answer our questions.
