About this house rental
Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in Eastham close to Cape Cod National Seashore Beaches--Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light Beach. Just 1 mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Enter the house to a large great room with cathedral ceilings and open floor plan. Large dining table seats 8. Fully stocked kitchen has breakfast bar for additional seating and offers a bottled water station. Living area has a flat screen tv and access to the large patio and yard. Primary bedroom with king bed and remodeled en-suite bath is off the living room. 2 other bedrooms and a full bath are at the other side of the house past the kitchen. One has a queen and a 2 twin bunk bed and the other has 2 twins. Upstairs has another bedroom with a king bed and full bath. Sliders near the living and kitchen area lead to back yard and patio area. Outdoor dining table seats eight and you can choose either the gas or charcoal grill for cookouts. Corn hole game in the yard and Foosball table in the basement for fun. Plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for your day at the beach. Lots of bicycles too...even a tandem bike! Outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off when you return to the house. Beautiful Patio installed 2021! Central a/c on the first floor. Window ac unit in upstairs bedroom suite.

This Eastham house was a wonderful home-base for our three-generation family vacation. We enjoyed eating inside or outside. The kids loved playing in the yard. We were close enough to the very popular Nauset Light Beach (which has a small parking lot), that we could easily go over for just an hour or two at the start or end of the day. The basement is very well stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, yard games, boogie boards, bicycles and more - they are well organized and well maintained. So, while you will have to pack your own sheets and towels, you will not need to pack lots of beach gear. And there were also board games and puzzles, which was much appreciated on rainy days.

This house showed such pride of property and heart. We loved the beautiful back patio and the open layout in the living area. Convenient to everything we wanted to do during out week. Many guests loved the rock painting station! This house has room to spread out while still bringing everyone together.

Stayed July 2021. House is in a great location, is well kept up, and has everything you need for a great vacation. Highly recommend and would stay again in the future.

The homeowners of this property have gone above and beyond!! We have been renting on the Cape for 20 years and this beautiful home was our favorite! The location, the cleanliness, the amenities at the house that are there for your use are too much to list! The owners must have been renters because they have thought of everything and it is there! We would definitely love to rent here again for years to come!
