Good location, would benefit from more attention to detail.

Location was excellent. Balcony. Light and bright, but cold (while weather outdoors was comfortable.) We loved being in a residential neighborhood, listening to the children playing in the schoolyard across the street. Close proximity to Les Halles, and it was a pretty stroll past the park. Not far from train station or heart of historic area.

Mattress was very uncomfortable, quite thin, sitting on top of a platform. Pillows were very soft and lumpy. There was no hand towel for the bathroom. There was one and a half rolls of toilet paper for a 6 night stay. No paper towels or napkins in the kitchen. No laundry soap. When on vacation we should not have to go out and buy basic household goods. Cleaning could have been more thorough; there were used teabags in the electric kettle. Also dusty light fixtures and unclean balcony doors/windows

a little disappointing as did not meet our requirements

The location was excellent and autonomous check in very easy. We found the laundry facilities excellent after a couple of weeks of travel.

unfortunately the instructions for the combination oven were in 4 languages but not in English. We were looking forward to cooking a meal or two after being in hotels for past weeks however we were unable to get assistance from our host and were most disappointed

A very good apartment for several nights

Clean, comfortable, and cosy apartment with a good kitchen and dining area. Easy to check-in at any time. Close to the train station and city center. A supermarket is near. Salengro is a beautiful street with many cafes, restaurants and shops. The host is very responsive and friendly. He helped us a lot when we got into a trouble of canceled train because of the strike. We are very grateful to him. Thank you Alexis!!!

Convenient and well appointed flat in a good location. Easy to get in and out following supplied instructions. Everything i needed for my stay was there.

Couldnt adjust the heating so one day was very cold. Tv receptiipn fine one day but not the next. Aerial needs to be checked? Some milk in the welcome pack would have been nice.

Todo súper cuidado al detalle y muy coqueto, hay carteles para la ayuda de todo, lavadora, horno microondas etc… Algunas reseñas hablan de que un tercer piso sin ascensor, es cierto, las escaleras no son pesadas de subir, son anchas y luminosas, nada q ver con otros alojamientos que hemos estado

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Optimierung der Schlüsselübergabe

Das Gesamtbild der Wohnung ist sehr stimming. Sehr schöne Einrichtung und Wandfarben und der kleine Westbalkon ist gemütlich. Die Lage ist perfekt mit wunderschönem Park und einem kleinen Café um die Ecke. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes und neu renoviertes (Treppen-) Haus.

Es gab kein Toilettenpapier - das ist nach einer langen und erschöpfenden Reise und später Ankunft sehr ärgerlich. Die Kommunikation zur Schlüsselübergabe war eine Katastrophe. Erst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung erhielt ich die Beschreibung als Textnachricht. Diese war sehr unübersichtlich. Das Schlafsofa ist leider nicht sehr gemütlich und es quietscht ein wenig.

La comunicazione con l'host: abbiamo ricevuto dettagliate indicazioni si come trovare le chiavi, numerose raccomandazioni di non far rumore e nessuna istruzione su come ritirare correttamente le biciclette. Siamo stati fortunati a trovare il cancello di accesso ai box per le macchine aperto perché una stava entrando, ma all'uscita ho dovuto sollevare le bici oltre la.rnghiwra per poter uscire. Ho spedito diverse richieste anche per conferma di aver sistemato le bici nel luogo giusto ma è arrivato un tardivo ok, dopo aver preso noi l'iniziativa. L'hosting si raccomanda di non far rumore, ma non si preoccupa di mettere i feltrini sotto le gambe delle sedie (che ad ogni movimento fanno rumore). Inoltre non abbiamo trovato il copeipiumone e uno dei lenzuoli era mac chiato

-Très différent des photos présentés -sol de l’appartement sale -douche sale ( cheveux, joints, ventilation) -draps tachés avec cheveux -couette fine et coussins peu confortables -bouilloire brûlée au fond -il fait bien lire les consignes avant d’arriver ( interphone, boîte à clés, sortie avec boutons…pas facile) -3 étage sans ascenseur (pas facile avec valise) -toutes les règles de la maison affichés sur la porte (pas très chaleureux) -rappel par message de ne pas allumer le chauffage à plus de 19 degrés (alors qu’il faisait froid) -autre message pour retirer les draps, ce que je n’ai pas fait compte tenu de l’état de l’appartement. - j’ai envoyé les photos à l’hôte en lui détaillant le manque d’hygiène. Il m’a écrit qu’il me rembourserait les frais de ménage mais cela n’a pas été fait et il n’a pas répondu à mes messages. Je décris donc les faits aux futurs personnes intéressées par cette location!

Appartamento bello e comodo!

La casa è tenuta bene e la camera è molto comoda e spaziosa. Era tutto pulito e in ordine. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Ci siamo trovati molto bene!
