Very simple to access, well located.

The parking spot was a bit awkward to use. Owners didn't always answer to my questions.

The apartment is located in a good, quiet area with parking. The location is very well connected to the city center. The apartment is clean and very well equipped (fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes dryer, wide range of kitchen). Easy access to everything.

The owners communicate only in French and it is difficult to contact them - before the visit they did not reply to messages and we received information about access to the apartment while we were already there (we were wondering if we would get there at all). access to wifi is difficult - you need to create your account and log in to it through the website, which kept breaking the connection every minute. For four people there was a problem with luggage space.

Propre, neuf, calme

La procédure d'enregistrement est pénible : le dépôt de caution, les multiples messages, les listes de tout ce qui est interdit, y compris les "comportements interdits par la loi", plus l'état des lieux par téléphone. Si on doit faire un état des lieux, j'apprécie d'être informée des dégradations présentes à mon arrivée, comme, ici, des trous de brûlures de cigarette dans le canapé. Par ailleurs j'avais demandé via Booking que le canapé lit soit fait, mais visiblement ma question n'a pas été vue. (J'avais choisi un appartement 2 lits pour avoir ... 2 lits !) Enfin, l'appartement est au 1er sans ascenseur, ce serait bien de l'indiquer, il y a des situations où montrer l'escalier avec des bagages est compliqué
