Die Terrasse und der traumhafte Meerblick.
Die Küchenausstattung: Backofen defekt, weiterhin nur 1 Teelöffel, 1 Weinglas. 2 von 4 Duschtüchern waren nicht sauber. Der sehr unangenehme Abfluss-Geruch scheint ein Problem des gesamten Hauses zu sein. Wenn man alle Fenster und Türen zum „Innenhof“ geschlossen hält und den Rest durchlüftet, geht es einigermaßen. Dadurch ist aber ein Schlafzimmer gar nicht nutzbar, weil es nur ein Fenster zum Innenhof hat.

The bathroom ceiling was covered in damp. No hand rail to help an older person to get out of the bath shower. Kitchen wasn’t that clean And you had to keep remembering to empty the bucket in the kitchen for the air conditioning unit.

La ubicación es excelente, en un lugar muy tranquilo, con unas vistas espectaculares. Se agradece encontrar un kit de bienvenida con básicos para cocina y baño.
Es un tercer piso sin ascensor. Muy incómodo para subir con las maletas. Falta actualizar las instalaciones,necesita una reforma urgente, sobretodo el baño, los muebles y el sofá y butacas están muy viejos. Por el precio que se paga, se espera una mayor comodidad y actualización de mobiliario. En la cocina faltan cosas básicas como cucharillas, tazas para el desayuno, y copas.
