Avelina was in contact about arrival time via WhatsApp and the apartment was ready at 1pm. We met her at the apartment block and check in was easy. We paid on arrival on a card machine which was really convenient. Also left on the table was our tourist tax invoice, which must be paid in cash and left on the table on departure.
The apartment and the block are very dated and not like the pictures on Booking.com. However, the apartment is spacious, clean and in a very central but quiet location. There is a clean and welcoming pool, where you would have the place to yourself.
The two bedrooms have two single beds in each with ample hanging space in the wardrobes.
Being right in town we didn’t use the kitchen but the fridge was handy plus the washing machine.
Overall a nice apartment, a bit dated but in a fabulous location.

The apartment was comfortable & well equipped.
Noise during the night from floor above, moving furniture & banging throughout 3 consecutive nights resulted in no sleep.
