This modern, newly build apartment on the ground floor all on one level offers a very comfortable holiday accommodation for a small family in the peaceful area of Boquer in the outskirts of Puerto Pollensa. Just at a few minutes’ walk to the Pine Walk beach and its romantic cafés and restaurants. The spacious private garden and terrace offers an ideal spot for outside dining or relaxing. For the sun lovers there are sunbeds by the pool and in the private garden. The apartment is situated by the pool which makes it easier to keep an eye on the young ones while swimming and playing at the pool. Luminous and well furnished in a light Mediterranean style with all the modern comforts. There is a community swimming pool with sun terrace and garden.

Great communication from the host from the start and she was very accommodating to our needs. The apartment was exactly as described, in very good order and nice and spacious. Check in was smooth and easy, as it was self check in so there was no worry about turning up late. The instructions and pictures made everything very straightforward to enter the property. There was a welcome basket and wine and water which was lovely, particularly when you are arriving late and the shops are shut. The kitchen had everything you need and was very well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans and useful utensils. Plenty of towels and pool towels. Beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. There is a nice garden with table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers. It was handy being on the ground floor as you walk down a few steps into the pool area which was lovely. A good size pool with very nice sunloungers and natural shade from trees if you wished. The location was great - a residential road with plenty of parking and just a short walk to the puerto with many restaurants and shops. We had a fabulous time, ate far too much delicious ice cream and would certainly come back to this lovely apartment again.

We had an amazing week in a beautiful apartment. The place is well located ( only a 5 minute walk to the beach). The pool is clean and quiet and perfect for young children. The apartment is well stocked with everything we could need. Our host was more than helpful, and the mid week maid service was more than we expected.

Just an excellent experience all round. Our host Patricia was great with clear instructions on checking in etc. The apartment was everything we needed in a great location just a few min from the beach bars and restaurants and of course the beautiful pine walk. Would definitely recommend
