About this apartment rental
Three bedroom apartment situated on the most sought after Pine Walk with superb views over the bay of Puerto Pollensa. Large spacious balcony ideal for dining or just relaxing and watching the world go by. Beautiful first floor apartment (with lift) on the Pine walk, overlooking the sea, situated in a quiet area yet only a short walk away from the centre of Puerto Pollensa.
Inside the apartment there are three air conditioned bedrooms; one with double bed and direct access onto the large sea facing terrace, and two twin bedrooms. Each bedroom benefits from built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, one with shower over a small bath and the other a standard family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and has large patio doors give direct access to the balcony. The large kitchen comes well equipped with oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer and washing machine.

We had a wonderful week. Fabulous location and views from the apartment. The kids adored being a stones through from their “own” little beach - and the dogs and cats below provided endless entertainment and were much enjoyed.
Feedback for the owners: the teapot was missing a lid, the toaster stopped working mid week and my mother found the bus from the airport to Alcudia excellent (on time, clean and cheap).. taxis or in our case a short lift to Pollenca meant our holiday wasn’t too interrupted by an airport run. We thought this could be useful to tell other guests.

The view is exceptional- the apartment is large and well equipped- only downside is some of the beds are very firm/hard

The apartment is in a beautiful location with spectacular views from the patio, the inside is nicely decorated with all the facilities you could possibly want, would have no hesitation recommending and also rebooking. Kelly the manager was so helpful, could not have wished for anything nicer
