About this house rental

Casa Antonia is a spacious and cosy holiday home that combines the freedom of a villa with the high quality-price ratio of a seafront apartment. Located on the ground floor of a small residential building, just 2 steps from the sandy beach and many services in Puerto Pollensa, Casa Antonia can accommodate up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms surrounded by the most modern amenities for truly relaxing holidays. Thanks to its patio, perfect for outdoor living, and the wide variety of shops within walking distance, a car is not necessary!



The entrance leads to a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, air conditioning and wi-fi internet. The independent kitchen, completely new and specially built, has a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a dining table. There are 3 bedrooms in total, all spacious and cosy. They are, respectively, a double room, a room with two single beds and a single room. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, while the 2 remaining bedrooms share a family bathroom with a shower.

Being all on one floor, Casa Antonia is also perfect for families with children and for guests with reduced mobility.



In the exterior, one of Casa Antonia's most unique characteristics is the beautiful private courtyard with pergola. Equipped with a dining table and barbecue, it is the perfect place to enjoy Mallorca's temperate climate throughout the summer while enjoying a delicious outdoor dinner.



The tourist tax is included in the rates. Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

We have been to Pollensa a number of times but this is the best accommodation we have stayed in. Centrally located and everything you need in walking distance. The apartment was very well equipped and spotless. The hosts were very responsive to my messages. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again soon

Excellent location for the beach, local restaurants and activities. The apartment has 3 comfortable rooms and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
