It is family-owned and operated, super close to the airport, and Roberto is an excellent host. The room was clean and very comfortable, nearby could buy food that was delicious and reasonable, and Roberto even took us to the airport in the morning for a very early flight and reasonable rate.
The only inconvenience I can think of was that the fan was a little louder than I would have preferred - but quite honestly, I was grateful for the fan and how well it worked.

The host was very nice. The area is ok. People will look at you knowing you don't belong there.
I woke up to the nastiest sewer smell at 3am and could not sleep after that. Also, right behind the building was a dog chained to a post and in general there were many street dogs around. If you are sensitive to seeing animals being mistreated or in need, don't stay here.
