Monti Art Déco - design apartment

Situation parfaite proche de la gare routière et ferroviaire, des commerces, qui permet de nombreux déplacements à pied. L’équipement ménager facilite un séjour familial sur place

L’appartement n’est pas insonorisé et les voisins qui font la fête ou les déplacements nocturnes dans les escaliers peuvent déranger certaines personnes

A remarkable apartment for its character (style) which is already opening the appetite for cultural immersiveness in Rome. A very good size, great outdoor small garden, very clean, very good wi-fi, (almost) groundfloor but not facing noisy streets. The host is greatest person ever: not only she gave a lot of recommendations on places to visit, eat & drink, supermarkets, but she was always very prompt in replies and in particular solving the repair of an AC unit in the very same day with us announcing the problem (which was important giving the outside temperature). The apartment is easy accesibile from Termini and there are plenty of luggage storage places before checkin and after checkout. Btw, Simona was kind to let us in earlier as the apartment was ready.

As the apartment is an historical area, there was a small inconvenience related to hot water fluctuation, but this would not stop me for being again the guest of this lovely apartment and lovely host.

Rien à dire

L'appartamento si trova tra la stazione Termini e il Colosseo, vicino alla fermata Cavour della Metro, perciò è perfetto per visitare Roma. Spazioso Letti comodi e puliti Cucina molto fornita

Il problema principale è la pulizia generale. Pavimenti in parquet sporco ( la mia bimba di 3 anni ha camminato con le calze e in un ora erano neri), la doccia pulita ma le fughe delle mattonelle e gli angoli della doccia erano neri con muffa. La lavastoviglie non lava bene , infatti abbiamo trovato piatti sporchi di residui di cibo , pentole piene di calcare. La casa è bella ma andrebbe curata di più la pulizia.
