Good sized, clean apartment with secure parking and all the facilities you need. 10/15 mins walk into center. Worked great for our family. Very good communication from host - thank you

Appartement très propre avec tout l’équipement nécessaire , il ne manque rien, c'est rare. Des prises et interrupteurs partout, électroménager moderne. Logement proche du lac,10 min à pied et vieille ville à 15 min. Le garage privé est un plus indéniable. Nous avons bien dormi, lit et banquette confortables. Sans aucune hésitation si nous repassons par Annecy. Démarches pour récupérer l'appartement reçues par mail et bien claires.....bref TOP !

Pas de chance pour nous, travaux sur la façade donc beaucoup de bruit dès 7h Météo catastrophique pour nos 3 jours. Mais ça personne n'y peut rien :)

Logement très propre et proche du lac d’Annecy à pied. Tous les équipements dont vous aurez besoin sont disponibles sur place. Place de parking très utile également.

L’odeur des parties communes, mais évidement le propriétaire du logement n’y peut rien.

It was good to have a property with a garage. Galleries Lafayette is very close. The area is quiet.

The building was covered in scaffolding while we were there - looks like it will be like this for many weeks. Apartment has view on a carpark and garages. The facilities and “feel” is basic eg plastic chairs, no shower gel in shower, vacuum was recharging in bedroom, brooms etc on display in kitchen. Though generally clean, bedroom windows had greasy smearing on inside. If the price reflected this, it would be a good choice for a couple with a baby (as there was a large cot). There are a number of steps to access the apartment.
