We really enjoyed our stay! Appartement: Great location, with a beautiful view of the lake. The apartment is quite spacious, and clean. There aren’t many objects laying around, which made it really convinient as we had our small children with us. You get to park your car behind an electric fence, in front of the entrance. The kitchen was also really well equipped (small detail, but makes a difference.) Location: Amazing! It’s right next to the lake. On the first day, we crossed the road and rented a boat. The kids loved it! You can also walk to the “old town”, which is full of amazing restaurants and shops. We also walked to the Imparial with our kids (5min walk). There is a cute playground. We also enjoyed the little train that does a small loop next to the lake. It was nice to never have to take the car for any of these activities! Hosts: Incredibly friendly! We arrived much later than we said we would, but the host was very welcoming and friendly. They showed us the apartment. Easy communication as well! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay here. We’ll definitely come again!

l'accueil est agréable le logement est vaste et bien placé, bien que proche de l'avenue celui-ci reste agréable. la vue sur le lac est très agréable.

La vue est superbe face au lac surtout pour flâner le matin. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, climatisation, lave vaisselle, volet roulant électrique... Le parking privé peut-être complet, mais la plupart du temps nous avons pu y stationner. Pas d'hésitations pour louer si on revient à Annecy.

Eine schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Öffentlicher Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Strandbad liegt noch näher. Zur wunderschönen Altstadt kann man in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß gehen.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.Nous avons été accueilli par les propriétaires très charmants et très disponibles.La situation est idéale,admirer le lac de son lit quoi demandez de plus???? L'appartement est bien équipé et très fonctionnel.Nous avons été plus que satisfait de cette location et nous avons déjà réservé pour un prochain séjour.Il nous tarde d'y être !!!! Un peu de patience et nous retrouverons ce magnifique endroit.Nous recommandons vivement cette location car au delà de ce que nous avons pu évoquer précédemment il est également près de toutes commodités et proches du centre.Vivement les petits déjeuners pris sur la terrasse en admirant la vue sur le lac!!!!

Appartement idéalement situé avec vue sur le lac dans un bel immeuble bien entretenu et sécurisé. Grandes baies vitrées et grandes terrasses dans le séjour et les chambres. Très propre et bien équipé. A 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et des commerces. Très beau marché trois fois par semaine dans la vieille ville qui est magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci aux propriétaires.

Nous recommandons cet appartement qui a été refait entièrement à neuf. Nous avons appréciez la propreté mais surtout sa situation : vue imprenable sur le lac et à proximité du centre ville d'annecy. Pour les sportifs les pistes cyclabes sont également à proximité. Tout était au rendez-vous pour passer une bonne semaine. De plus les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants.
