Cozy Home in Heart of Tampa w/ Lanai & Pool!

Spacious and beautiful. Heated pool with lanai and outdoor area was a great bonus. The owner did respond and repair outdoor bathroom plumbing timely.

Misleading information regarding the bathrooms. Listed as 4.5 bathrooms when in reality in the house there are only 2 full with sink, toilet, tub and/or shower (1 of those being listed as a Jack-and-Jill -- with two toilets that are connected only to one bedroom and the other to the hall)... a half bath with sink and toilet. There is a third full bathroom with sink, toilet and tub/shower in the outdoor pool area. We would not have rented this place knowing the bathroom situation ahead of time. The owner did offer $200 as a resolution to the bathroom situation. Again, we would not have rented this place knowing the bathroom situation ahead of time. It was still stressful in the house due to lack of, location and need to share amongst guests.

The home is very spacious. There is room for many people. There is a nice pool and kitchen in the back of the house with a full bathroom. The vibe is very homey. They are also pet friendly m.

The property said four bathrooms but it’s more like three and a half. The third full bathroom is not connected to the house. It’s at the back of the property. It was also very cold and we had no idea how to heat the house.

This beautiful property is in a quiet neighborhood and a perfect getaway for a busy family looking to spend some quality time together. It was so well kept that you feel like your at a resort.
